Our Yorkshire Chalk Spring trout is homegrown right here in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds. Our Trout is a sustainably farmed versatile healthy fish, high in Vitamin D and Omega 3 and a great source of high quality protein, antioxidants and essential nutrients. Trout is low in fat and calories and is quick and easy to cook.
Small Fillet - minimum 125g

FRESH RAINBOW TROUT FILLET
★ Once opened, consume within 3 days.
★ Fish must be stored in the refrigerator below 8ºC.
★ Fish are suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the date shown. Best within 3 months of freezing.
★ Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted, use on the same day. Do not refreeze raw fish.
★ When defrosting fish use a refrigerator below 8ºC for good safety practice.
★ This product contains bones which we are unable to remove prior to packing due to the freshness of the product. To remove the pin-bones use a pair of tweezers or clean needle-nose pliers before or after cooking.
★ All fish packed will be labelled with use by dates as standard.
