Grown in Yorkshire since 1955, Wansford has been guided by the expertise of Danish fish farmers and their rich knowledge of sustainable aquaculture.

The farm is nestled between flowing crystal clear chalk spring waters. Wansford has built upon traditional techniques to achieve a taste and flavour that is exceptional in quality.

We continue to modernise our farming techniques, growing each fish to the highest standards whilst maintaining care and consideration for the fish and their environment.
