    Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed? If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us at and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Which delivery partner do you use and how does it work? We use DPD for most delivereies but it can vary. Thanks to DPD industry-leading Predict and Follow My Parcel services, you will receive a one-hour delivery window via SMS or email, allowing you to track the progress of your parcel on a map, counting down to a 15-minute window. Do I need to be available to receive my delivery? We recommend that someone be available to receive your delivery, so that it can be safely and properly stored. However, if this isn’t possible you will be given an option to leave it in a safe place or with your neighbour. Please note: DPD only provides one delivery attempt and we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. What are your delivery charges? Delivery are charged at £9.81 on week days and £18.37 on weekends. Where do you deliver? We deliver across mainland UK on the following days shown in the table below.     In what format do I receive my order? You will receive your order in a brown box. Inside will be a polystyrene box with your fresh fish order chilled on icepacks. Will my order be confirmed? Yes confirmed orders and shipping carrier DPD offering a delivery tracking service. Can I alter my order? Yes you can in 24h from placing your order.   • ★ Refund Policy
    What do I do if I am not happy with my order? Please raise your complaints within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Stating the issue with the product including pictures of any damaged goods and we will get back to you within 24 hours. DPD carrier service only provides one delivery attempt and we cannot be held responsible if no-one’s available to take delivery or providing incomplete or incorrect delivery address. You will be given an option to leave the parcel in a safe place or with your neighbour.

  • ★ Storage and Use-By Dates
    Once opened, consume within 3 days. Fish must be stored in the refrigerator below 8ºC. Fish are suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the date shown and best within 3 months of freezing. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted, use on the same day. Do not refreeze raw fish. When defrosting fish use a refrigerator below 8ºC for good safety practice. This product contains bones which we are unable to remove prior to packing due to the freshness of the product. To remove the pin-bones use a pair of tweezers or clean needle-nose pliers before or after cooking. All fish packed will be labelled with use by dates as standard.
