Easy peasy trout korma, perfect for kids and sure to please the whole family! Infused with fresh coconut flavours!

★ Ingredients ★
Wansford Trout
Coconut Oil
Korma Curry Sauce (we used Loyd Grossman)
Crème Fraîche
Herbs & Spices
Almonds
Basmati Rice Popadoms (optional)
★Method★
Cook the trout for 8 minutes in coconut oil.
In the meantime heat the korma sauce, adding crème fraîche, herbs, spices and salt & pepper. Cook the rice and serve with almonds and popadoms!
