A super simple recipe with few ingredients and perfect for those spring and summer days! Fresh Wansford Trout grilled in garlic oil and butter! We used the Big Green Egg BBQ grill for a perfect cooked texture! Feel free to play around with your favourite flavours and sauces too!


Oil the trout with garlic oil. Place your trout skin side down on the BBQ tray and add a big square of butter. Let the butter melt and fizzle! Once cooked serve with watercress sauce and garnish with parsley, salt and pepper!
