Wansford rainbow trout - super healthy, simple to prepare & tastes delicious!
Ingredients:
Wansford Trout
Sweet Chilli Sauce
Avocado Oil
Mozzarella cheese
Courgette
Beetroot
Dollop of Hollandaise
Noodles
Salt & Pepper
Herbs
Begin by taking your Wansford Trout fillet's and drizzling with avocado oil (for extra healthy Omegas!) and sweet chilli sauce. Season with your favourite herbs, salt and pepper. Cut your courgette and beetroot into thin slices and use any excess oil and seasoning on the vegetables.
Next, grate mozzarella cheese on top. Place in the oven or grill and cook until the mozzarella has melted and the trout is browned and cooked. The vegetables should be roasted and crispy.
In the meantime, boil your noodles according to packet instructions.
Serve your trout on a bed of noodles and surround with your roasted vegetables. Finish with a dollop of Hollondaise.
