A delicious creamy trout sauce with iron rich spinach, stirred into fresh tagliatelle! Perfect for these cold winter nights!
Small dollop of hollandaise

Begin by preparing your trout fillets by placing them on a baking sheet which has been covered with a parchment paper. Drizzle with lime oil and sprinkle herbs over the top. Place in the over till soft and tender.
In the meantime boil your tagliatelle according to package instructions.
For a shortcut you can use a store-bought cream sauce!
Mix your cream sauce in with your tagliatelle and then add your chopped up trout! Try to cut your trout into tuna like flakes for the best texture!
Combine and add to your plate!
Finish by adding your spinach, dill, toasted almonds and a small dollop of hollandaise! Season as desired with salt and pepper! Enjoy!
