A delicious and simple recipe idea using our fresh Rainbow trout!
Ingredients:
Trout
Olive Oil
Goats cheese
Parsley
Leeks
Home made fries
Salt & Pepper
Lemon
Begin with your Wansford Rainbow Trout! Our freshly cut fillets are perfect for this!
Next, drizzle with olive oil and break up your Goats cheese before crumbling onto your trout! If you wish, season with salt, pepper and dried parsley!
Place on a baking sheet and let it grill until the cheese has melted and the trout has slightly browned!
In the meantime, sauté your leeks a little to soften and cut up your potatoes into chunky chips! Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper and bung in the oven to roast for 30 minutes!
Serve with a squeeze of lemon and a side dressing of mayonnaise!
