The amazing Yorkshire caterers over at Hearth Family catering (@hearth.family) collaborated with our delicious trout and created the most delicious recipe!!
Ingredients:
WTF Rainbow Trout Smoked Coleman's Cider butter
Charred Cabbage
Take your trout fillets and tear them into chunky shreds. Melt Smoked Coleman's Cider butter in a frying pan and sauté your trout so they are soft and glazed!
In the meantime chop up your fresh cabbage, Hearth used Hispi but feel free to use your favourite!
Add to the frying pan and allow it to sauté until soft. Don't leave it too long if you still want that crunch!
Add to a bowl and tuck in!
