POSH TROUT ON TOAST

A delicious pear and honey flavoured trout, served with warm toast!



Ingredients


Wansford Flaked Trout

Pear halves

Honey

Asparagus

Lemon

Chaource cheese

Toast

Salt & pepper


Method Cover the pears in honey & bake for 15 minutes, then cook the trout fillets with olive oil & salt and pepper for 6 mins, meanwhile boil the asparagus, once blanched cut shorter and place on avocado oil drizzled toast, top with chaource cheese, then place the hot flaked Wansford Trout on the top and serve with the honey baked pears! Finish with salt & pepper!
