Homemade Breadcrumbs

Whisked Egg Yolk



Avocado Oil

Parsnip Chips

Mushy Peas

Lemon Mayonnaise


Begin by preparing your trout by drizzling with avocado oil and allowing to cook for a while in the oven. Once soft and tender, take out of the oven and allow to cool.

Glaze your trout fillets with whisked egg yolk. Season your breadcrumbs with lemon and salt as desired and roll your glazed fillets in the breadcrumb mix.

Return to a preheated oven and bake cook for 10 minutes until crispy!

Serve with parsnip chips, mushy peas and lemon mayo for the perfect healthy fish and chip experience!
